At Canton Country Day, we believe an exceptional education should be accessible. Our tuition and financial assistance options are designed to support families while ensuring every child benefits from the full CCDS experience.
A Canton Country Day School education represents one of the most important investments in your child’s future. Canton Country Day School strives to make our education affordable by bridging the gap between what a family can afford and the actual cost of a Canton Country Day School education.
Need-based tuition assistance is available to families of currently enrolled or newly accepted students in who demonstrate need. A family’s need depends on many variables, such as family income, number of dependents, age of parents, other tuition expenses, unusual medical expenses, taxes, assets, and liabilities. Need-based award amounts range from $1,000 to $13,500 as documented need warrants and funds permit.
Last school year, CCDS generously awarded over $425,000 dollars in aid and scholarships. While we do attempt to meet as many families’ needs as possible, grants and scholarships are limited and distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Learn How The Ohio EdChoice Scholarship Program Helps Families Afford Priavate School
The Ohio EdChoice Scholarship is a state-funded program designed to help families afford private school education. Often referred to as Ohio’s school voucher program, EdChoice provides scholarships that can be used toward tuition at participating private schools. This program opens doors for Ohio families by covering a significant portion of school tuition, giving parents the freedom to choose the best educational environment for their children. Canton Country Day School (CCDS) is proud to participate in the EdChoice Scholarship program – meaning eligible students can attend our school with little or no tuition cost. In short, EdChoice makes a quality private education at CCDS accessible and affordable for families across Ohio.
Through our financial aid process, parents can pay tuition and fees over time, using a variety of payment methods, making it easier to afford quality education for their children. An Educational Funding Committee reviews each application and determines financial aid awards offers based on the policies set by the School Board. This review and consideration are completely separate from the admission review and acceptance process.
